This refers to the correct position of your body before hitting. When it comes to this aspect, you should be standing with your feet a little wider on your shoulder in distance across. A good stance will enable to have a good swing followed by a powerful hit. However, don’t take a stance where you are not relaxed with. Don’t push yourself or else, you will only ruin the game.

Softball hitting also requires perfect timing. In fact, this is very important. Given that you have a good stance with a right bat, but if you can’t hit the ball at the right time, all will be useless. That’s why trainings and practices are necessary in order to achieve the perfect timing. Practicing regularly increases the chances of perfecting this required timing skill. Thus, you must also have the attitude of perseverance. Don’t ever lose hope! That’s the spirit of a determined softball player. He finds ways simply to improve himself whatever it takes.
