Mexican Cantina for Five Reasons by El Azteca

Mexican Food will always be a popular cuisine served in the United States. Recent GPS data reveals that when Americans search for food options Mexican fare is the #5 choice behind: pizza, Chinese food, burgers, and American Food. Perhaps I could shed some light on these findings as I go through 5 great reasons to always love

1. Mexican Restaurants are Inexpensive

How much the tab runs can be a decisive factor when choosing a Mexican restaurant and with the recession raging onward the focus has become on getting the best value for your dollar. Price is usually a factor when eating out and with the recent economic troubles the prices are becoming more of a factor. When it comes to getting more bang for your buck the only choice that could compete with perhaps Chinese food. Everything from the margaritas to the menu items are designed for getting you value out of your money. The margarita will ensure that remains an America favorite as long as there is tequila.

2. Tortilla Chips and Hot Salsa

This should be obvious. Many restaurants offer some sort of bread or snack while you wait on your meal, but let's get real in America we like to dip our food. That's why chips and salsa are so popular. This makes eating a lot more interactive, and another added bonus here is if you order a Cheese Dip then you get to double dip!! Don't forget to save some of that cheese dip to pour on your food when it arrives!!

3. Tequila

Gargantuan Margaritas are a trademark of this business. People flock to Mexican Restaurants in droves to enjoy inexpensive margaritas.

4. Covers the 4 Food Groups

It covers all four food groups. We got cheese for the dairy, tortilla for the bread, meat and vegetables. This is the formula for pretty much every item on the menu, and it rarely fails in the taste category. As an extra most Mexican restaurants give you that plate of refried beans, rice, sour cream, or guacamole for extra toppings. Now you should pour on the leftover cheese dip and salsa to take your food to that next level.

5. Never will you be too far away for great Tex Mex

No matter where you live, or how small your town may be, you will never be far from a good Mexican restaurant. If you're one of the rare cases of living in such a remote area that you don't have a local Mexican Restaurant then it probably won't be too long before you see one.
